Customer Service Manager (located in Hong Kong, China)

 

Duties:

  • Establish and build Watt Asia Customer Service function based on the systems and practices utilized at iWatt USA.
  • Work with ERP system, order fulfillment processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with iWatt US Sales and Operations to improve communication and order fulfillment efficiency.
  • Deploy CS function at various iWatt sites in Asia (China, Korea, Taiwan and Japan).
  • Work closely with Asia Sales and Application Engineering teams throughout Asia. 
  • Improve Sales support in Asia.
  • Establish necessary systems and processes.
  • Apply strategic creative ability to expand Asia Sales and Customer Service efforts and infrastructure commensurate with business growth and corporate objectives.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS with 7+ years of hands on sales support and customer service experience with IC and module-level products.
  • Proven record in Semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Good managerial and Customer Service skills.
  • Familiar with IC Manufacturing process and Fabless model.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Computer savvy, report and data processing experience
  • Self-starter with positive “can do” attitude
  • Able to travel throughout Asia and US
